“ The la vida mocha is probably one of the best coffees I've ever had. It is made with Aztec dark chocolate and you can absolutely taste it along with the cinnamon. Perfectly sweet but not too sweet and the oat milk is very creamy. What is most remarkable is it is served at the perfect temperature where it doesn't burn your tongue but still nice and hot. Even more remarkable is the nice seating area by the hut fashioned after a New England lighthouse alongside the harbor walk and the view of the yachts docked in the harbor. ”
“ Had a coffee latte here and the milk was very creamy and delicious. Rich and bold roast, perfectly roasted nice acidity. I enjoyed it. The bagel I tried jalapeno and cheese, boy was it spicy! A kick! The amount of cream cheese they put was absolutely ridiculous. I literally had to use a knife to remove it because it was so thick and would be inedible. But I guess to American tastes it’s good for their overweight population. There is limited seating outside overlooking the yachts and marina. Can get busy. Otherwise, a great find near the hotel strip. ”
“ Cute waterside cafe. The Lox with Chive Spread had high‐quality smoked salmon and the San Dieggo breakfast sandwich combines eggs, peppered bacon, and melty cheeses. The Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie is a perfectly balanced sweet‐savory treat, and the coffee was just perfect. Though prices skew toward the higher side, the scenic location, friendly service, and quality ingredients make it worth it. ”
“ Great spot for a gluten free breakfast sandwich! I got the San Dieggo on gf toast w/ shallot & chive cream cheese on the side. The gf bread is a little crumbly but that’s to be expected. It was still delicious! ”
“ My husband and I destroyed our bagel sandwich (before and after pics lol), it was so so good! I added their onion and chives cream cheese to the McLovin' sandwich. Our coffees were also perfect. Long line, but surprisingly fast service. They seem really efficient. Cute tables outside. ”
“ Not all coffee shops are created equal, and this one is quite possibly my favorite that I have ever been to. One could say that there is a certain plant theme to it, which is totally appreciated by this reviewer. Lots of the menu has fun & pun names for the drinks and sandwiches as well as some kick ass shirts & hoodies. I had the drip style coffee and the "San Dieggo" on an everything bagel. It was so good I had to go back for a second right after the first one. Don't miss this gem of a coffee spot which I "highly" advise making time for. ”
“ Stopped in for the first time while exploring Seaport and was very impressed! Absolutely love the location. Perfect for a quick stop while walking around and taking in the waterfront and shops! The location is very nice. There is outdoor seating available and is tucked away from the main walking path. Great service as well! Answered all of our questions and got our order made quickly. Plus, they have a large menu with a lot of variety, food and drinks. We ordered the Blondie Mocha (iced), and it was fantastic! Very delicious and well made. Would absolutely order again! Definitely will be back to Spill the Beans next time we're in San Diego to try more of their awesome menu. ”
“ VERY CUTE and great atmosphere! I got the La Vida Mocha hot and Mclovin on habanero jalepeno bagel and it was freaking phenominal! If you want a cute harbor dockside cafe this is it. Plenty of seating outside, very Cali music and atmosphere. I LOVE IT. It was 20 for what I got but was a lot to eat. ”
